Town of Colchester has approved the final plat application as of Feb. 18, 2026.

We are now appealing to the Environmental Court and all relevant state permits.

Please consider donating whatever you can to help support these legal efforts to Save Malletts Bay.

We are concerned Colchester citizens that are not against progress, but want to ensure that development is transparent and done in a way that safeguards the health, safety, and beauty of Colchester and our gem of Malletts Bay.
